My story

For over two decades, the wMy storygan with a simple belief: education should be designed for humans, not just for screens. This philosophy became the foundation of my journey in modern learning design, where I’ve championed a “human-centred” approach—one that values curiosity, connection, and creativity as much as technology.

But my story doesn’t end with design. As an author and publisher, I’ve turned ideas into action through B-InteraQtive Publishing. Books like Learning Design in Practice for Everybody and Data Ethics aren’t just titles on a shelf; they’re invitations to rethink how we learn, teach, and interact with the digital world. My work in data ethics has taken me deeper into the heart of emerging technologies, where I help navigate the moral maze of deep tech and AI, always asking: How can we innovate responsibly?

Then there’s the world of interactive media, where I’ve built bridges between words and wonder. Through eLearningworld Europe AB and the SOE PublishingLab, I’ve created a makerspace for interactive books—transforming reading from a passive act into an immersive experience. Here, digital media and education don’t just meet; they dance.

What sets me apart? I’m an interdisciplinary thinker, weaving together threads from pedagogy, technology, psychology, and even finance. I see “eLearning” not as “electronic learning,” but as “experience learning”—a philosophy that led me to envision books for the digital age, and to explore how algorithms and AI shape not just education, but our emotions and economies. Soon, this vision will expand into digital tools and training, blending human psychology with the power of the web.

My passions are my compass. I’m driven by empowering education—advocating for learning that engages all the senses, that adapts to each individual. I’m fascinated by the intersection of tech and humanity, whether it’s how AI changes classrooms or how algorithms sway stock markets. And at the heart of it all, I’m a storyteller, believing that the best lessons are the ones that feel like adventures.

So, this is my story: a journey of curiosity, connection, and a relentless quest to make learning—and the world—more human. What’s yours?
